> Approved minutes of last board meeting…seconded and approved.
> Frank reported that the gold leader program package has been sent to AMA.
> Discussed FPV and what consitutes a acceptable vehicle for use at the SEFSD field. Discussed what autonomous flight is and what limitations are reasonable for the SEFSD field.

> MNeale asked that we put some guidelines for FPV operation. Frank directed Jim B and SteveN to work with Frank on a set of rules for SEFSD that clearly define the limits of what is allowed in regards to FPV.

> Discussed club instruction and training …Frank says it seems to be going fine.

> No cement park benches for now.

> Jim B presented field maintaince for the next year. Cost to be $1900or less for service every 4 months or so over the next year.
> Chuck suggested that service should be spring and fall and another at presidents option.
> Motion made and approved.

> Found missing FPV plane at SDGE sub station near Mission Valley by SDGE worker who brought it back to the SEFSD field.

> Safety report by Chuck Grim:
> Chuck says that too many people are flying too close to the fence and over the pits. Other safety issues discussed and ways to correct the situtation.

> Frank reports the indoor flying is going well at Alliant U.

> Treasures report by Paul G. reports we still have money. The proposed budget will be sent out to members by email and it will be discussed.

> Membership reports we have 224 paid members. Motion made to approve $25 for expenses for membership—- approved.

> Future events by Tim for SEFSD. Tim will host a meeting at his place to generate a schedule. Meeting will be FEB 13 ..Tim will let people know details.

> Frank says we are set for the next 6 months at Alliant U. $990 dollars is the cost to the club. Members must wear their badges and non members will be charged $10.
>
> SEFSD Heli event Oct 25-27th 2013 to be sponsored by Castle Creations

> M Neale made motion that SteveB provide us information about dealing with web site.

> To fly, visitors must have AMA, and sign city waver. Frank suggested that we have a book for visitors to sign …the book will be kept at the field. Ray will devise some text for additions to the by laws.
