We had a very good turnout for our October T28 racing with 13 pilots doing battle for the medals. This inspite of 3 regulars missing this race. With the large turnout we had several 4 plane races providing lots of excitement with tight races just about every time. Jovi totaled the results of the preliminary rounds which set the matchup for the final medal rounds. The results were as follows:

It is worth mentioning that in the gold race SteveM managed to get his plane across the finish line just ahead of SteveN taking first place which resulted in some early celebrating which turned to tears when our west turn judge eagle eyed Carl came walking towards race center—when asked if there were any cuts Carl replied “Oh Yea”. SteveM it turned out racked up 8 cuts in the 10 laps resulting in going from 1st to last in an instant. Everyone had fun with is what really counts.
